RETURN POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the item is damaged the return will not be accepted.
Also, you need your proof of purschase and the receipt.
A fee for the return will be debitate the customer, see information that follows below.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@bernstein.se and describe the return, the order etc.
We will come back to you regarding the return in 1-3 days.
Please note that returns of the item will need to be sent to the following address: Västra Trädgårdsgatan 15, 111 53 Stockholm
No pick up
If you do not pick up your item at the service point, you will debited 150 SEK. To not pick up the item is not the same as the right to return the item.
Damages, issues and exchanges
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Mail: info@bernstein.se
To change the item
The fastest way to make a change of the item is to make a return of the item after mail to info@bernstein.se for an acceptance and then you make the return of the item (follow instructions) . Then you make a new and separate buy of the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Mail info@bernstein.se the return information, such as order number, your email and why you would like to return. Make the return process and follow the instructions:
Place the item in the original box with all tags on. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
No damage
Close the package proper
Bring the return document and it will be handled by the closest service point.
